I have ordered the same bouquet for a different friend.
Have used Homeland on many occasions without issues. Unfortunately this time an apparent computer glitch meant my order was lost so after chasing up and the order being replaced they were three days late. My initial enquiry via ticket as to the status went unanswered which was poor. I’m deaf so don’t phone as a first choice but suspect it would’ve been resolved quicker if I had.
Still recommend Homeland, just keep an eye on order status and phone at first sign of trouble!
